Refund policy

We have a No returns or exchanges policy as all items are personalised to your requirements, so please double check your specs, and also double check sizing using the measurement guided provided to ensure correct fit prior to purchase. Please bare this in mind prior to placing your order. we cannot guarantee changes once orders are placed.

It is the customers responsibility to leave very clear and specific notes as requested when ordering custom items, If you do not leave clear notes, we will not be responsible for this.

Damages and issues

In the rare occasion your order arrives faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours from when you received the order. Along with pictures of the issue to timeless.stitches.shop@gmail.com. with subject 'Faulty' and include your order number.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
